Since the release and success of the film Avatar in 3D throughout the world, the television industry turns literally to 3D for the general public. Researchers at the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS in Erlangen will be attending the show world of information technology, CeBIT , from 2 to 6 March 2010 in Hanover (Lower Saxony) to present their latest innovation: a 3D television which broadcasts films and images in real time.
